How it works

Your phone needs to support eSIM and be network-unlocked. Plans are data-only and do not include a phone number.

This policy explains what personal data the NunuSim app and website ("NunuSim", "we") collect, why, and what rights you have.

Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you choose, your name, or the details returned by Google or Apple when you sign in with them.
• Order data: the plans you buy, order history, and the eSIM details needed to install and manage your eSIM (such as data usage and expiry).
• Payment data: payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive the payment status and the last digits shown by Stripe.
• Technical data: device type, app version, language and crash or error reports, used to keep the app working and to improve it.

How we use it

• To create your account, deliver your eSIM and provide customer support.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and handle refunds.
• To fix errors and understand how the app is used (analytics and crash reporting).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run NunuSim: payment processing (Stripe), authentication and hosting (Google Firebase, Railway), our eSIM supplier (to issue your eSIM), and analytics and error monitoring tools. They may process data only on our instructions.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can delete your account in the app or by contacting us. Some records (for example payment records) must be kept for legal and accounting reasons.

Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as the law requires afterwards. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Children

NunuSim is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy and will publish the new version on this page with its date.
